"The only reason for not recommending the hotel was the long hike to the busier part of the riverwalk - I left San Antonio with very sore feet and legs!! Otherwise it was a beautiful hotel."

"The first room that we were put into had been used by a smoker, even though it was designated as a non smoking room. Although you had tried to remove the smell by use of a ozone machine the smell had ingrained itself into the fabric of the room (carpet, curtains etc.) and will not be able to be removed without considerable effort. We were very quickly given another room when we complained and I should like to thank you in the swift and courteous way that you dealt with this matter."
