"First off, this motel was in a very bad part of town. When we got there we immediately had a difference in price of what we were quoted and what they wanted to charge us. The owners were polite, but we had no choice but to pay the difference and were told that they would contact you and could hopefully credited us the difference. We had asked for a smoking room but did not get one. We were told we had to go outside to smoke. While sitting out smoking one morning I actually witnessed a robbery at the convenience store in the same parking lot as the motel. NO, I would never stay there again nor would I ever recommend this motel. I don't think you should even use this motel in your services. Sincerely, Denise Thomason"
